All Managers / Senior members / Unit Supervisors have been in our employ for a minimum of five years, obviously like everyone else we have a few seasonal members of staff, who are trained in house using a CD (J.O Training, which is a recognised system) which they are then tested on issuing them (when passed) with an in house 'Food Hygiene Certificate, this is then held on our records, they are also given a copy of our Colleague Hand Book.
