MISSION
STATEMENT
We don't try to run a fleet of
fifty or sixty units ourselves, because there is not a
management team in the country capable of that.
We have seven of our own
units, the rest are sub contracted to a dedicated team of
operators, who all run between four to six units, keeping their
finger on the pulse, in the main each operator specialises in
one or two different products, no more. That way we can
guarantee you have the best people in the country for each type
of product, which in turn guarantees customer
satisfaction.
These operators rely on us to
provide the majority of their work through the year, which
means we each know how the other works, and, they know what we
expect and demand.
From the health and hygiene
systems that we have in place, to the systems we work with
cashing up, to the level of customer service that we expect, it
is like a big family, with everyone proud of their involvement,
and our overall achievements over the last five years.(since
2003)
When we formed Premier
Foodcourts, we felt we started with some original ideas. But
now we feel we have progressed light years. For example we felt
it would be unique for those 'extra special
occasions' to
facade the units with some bespoke marquees, we went ahead to
the great satisfaction of the event organiser.
We also have a nominated supplier, this
means that they are the only supplier on site, which will
be well received by your local EHO, everything is
traceable to source.
We also insist on all produce being British
where humanly possible, all salad produce is delivered
daily.
Our whole company ethos is about
presentation, quality, service and, value for
money.
